About Irwin Barrett
Irwin Barrett has been a Fine Art photographer for over 42 years, specializing in Landscapes, the graphic details found in nature, Abstracts and Photo-Impressionistic subjects found mainly in his home province of Nova Scotia in Canada. His photos have been featured in various books, calendars, magazines, notecards and websites over the years. Irwin is passionate in his support of wilderness preservation and his photographs have been used in support of environmental conservations groups and their activities such as the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society, the Ecology Action Centre (Halifax, Nova Scotia) and the Nova Scotia Nature Trust.
